1986 Midnight Lace 52 Flybridge

Step aboard SIRENA into the aft cockpit, there is a curved settee with black and red striped cushions across the back of the cockpit with a teak coffee table.  Matching cushions provide seating at the front of the cockpit. The teak and polished stainless steel ladder leads up to the flybridge and the helm station. Under the cockpit sole is the engine room. The generator is under the aft settee. The flybridge has an excellent view. it is equipped with two Stidd helm chairs, CAT engine displays, Ritchie compass, Raytheon and Raymarine electronics and autopilot. The helm is completed by the teak and stainless steel steering wheel. Stepping through the custom wrapped door leads into the salon with its teak and wicker paneling and fine joinery. The electrical distribution panel is just inside the door on the starboard side. Comfortable seating and a flat screen television make this a relaxing space. There is an icemaker in the starboard side cabinetry.  Two hi-boy stools with footrests sit at the bar. Forward of the salon is the galley with a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, double stainless steel sinks, ample storage lockers, bins and drawers. A Sharp Carousel microwave is in the teak and wicker cabinetry above the refrigerator.  the guest head is across from the galley and the guest cabin is forward of the head with an adjoining door, The guest cabin has over and under berths and a teak and wicker hanging locker. The master stateroom is next with the master bathroom on the port side with a Raritan electric toilet, vanity with sink and storage drawer and a bathtub and shower.  Past the bathroom is the stateroom with its full bed, hanging closets and teak cabinetry with wicker panels.  There is also a dressing vanity and mirror in the master. Forward in the master stateroom is a teak ladder leading up to the forward cockpit with its curved settee and windscreen.  The anchor windlass is just forward of the cockpit  

HISTORY:

SIRENA is a Tom Fexas designed 52 Foot MIDNIGHT LACE, manufactured in 1986 by Golden Wave Shipyard, a division of Cheoy Lee Shipyard. Commissioned in 1987, it was placed in service by its original owner in Lake Erie (freshwater) where it cruised for 8 years, then moved to South Carolina until it was purchased in 1998 by its second owner who moved it to Tampa, Florida where it was under cover for 17 years. She has a black hull with cream deck & superstructure. SIRENA is currently located in Stuart, Florida
