Upgrades/Recent Maintenance 2012-21
  • 2012 – Wesmac completed an extensive refit including interior upgrades, exterior maintenance, installation of fishing and offshore safety gear, mechanical improvements, and new Raymarine electronics.

  • 2012 – Billings Diesel completed a Cat Level 2 service with valve lash adjustment and new belts, new aftercooler, new starter and new alternator. Wesmac replaced cutlass bearings and had shaft remachined.

  • 2013 -- East Coast Fiberglass painted the hull in flag blue Awlgrip.

  • 2014 -- Kingman Yacht Center installed Lonseal teak and ebony flooring (with additional layer of Soundown vinyl acoustic insulation) in wheel house, galley, head and lower cabin area. It looks good and is tough and easy to clean.

  • 2014 -- MTNK soda blasted the bottom, primed it with two coats ofSea Hawk epoxy barrier coat/primer and finished with two coats of Sea Hawk multi season ablative antifouling paint.

  • 2016 – Widened port and starboard settees for more comfortable seating and added new settee cushions and custom mahogany hi-lo table.

  • 2016 – A1 Battery supplied new 8D engine start batteries, two new 8D house batteries and a group 24 genset start battery.

  • 2016 -- New LED navigations lights and anchor light and new Lumitec SeablazeX underwater LED lights. Fresh coat of Sea Hawk multi season ablative bottom paint.

  • 2017 -- Windward Power Systems (Cat dealer) replaced engine oil pan gasket and performed engine inspection. Scheduled maintenance included removing, inspecting/cleaning and reinstalling the aftercooler. Preventive maintenance included installing new engine mounts, new engine driven hydraulic steering pump, new oil pressure sensor, new alternator belt as well as replacing coolant fluid, raw water impeller, zincs, engine oil, genset oil, gear oil and all oil and fuel filters.  Cosmetic work included touch up painting engine and beds.

     

  • 2017 – Installed new Standard Horizon GS2000 Matrix VHFs in wheel house and interfaced AIS receiver with Raymarine displays.

  • 2017 – Prop reconditioned by H&H.
