Let’s get started with a look at recent upgrades and improvements.
- TNT hydraulic platform lift capable of lifting 2,000 lbs. and extends the aft deck by about feet (making the LOA of the boat 47 ‘) – this upgrade alone cost $50k
- A 9’1" RIB tender (Caribe CX-9 with a 2024 20 hp Suzuki 4-Stroke EFI outboard) that can carry adults and with 2 adults on board can easily reach 25 mph. This tender is a perfect fit to the lifting platform but can also be deflated for easy stowage inside the boat’s tender garage.
- Installation of a Rainman water maker that makes up-to-37 gallons of fresh water per hour – no more worries about water consumption; long hot showers with great water pressure are a huge comfort!
- Full overhaul on both motors – All records available (over $90k in receipts), with work performed by certified Volvo Penta technician, including:
- Replaced both DPH-C Outdrives with new DPH-E Drives ($20k each)
- Completed all 1,000 hour service items ahead of schedule
- Full motor and drive service every year - next annual service due June 2025
- Removed and cleaned all intercoolers and charge air coolers
- Replaced both turbos
- Replaced both coolant circulation pumps
- Replaced both exhaust risers
- Replaced both trim tabs
- Replaced both starter motors
- Replaced port alternator
- Replaced port raw water pump
- Replaced both compressor clutches
- Replaced starboard Steering Control Unit

Onboard stock of parts and supplies, including:
- Specialty tools for prop removal and compressor belt installation
- Spare filters, belts, relays, and other parts
- All required fluids: drive gear lube (Volvo Penta 75w-90), engine oil (Volvo Penta15w-40), coolant (Volvo Penta VCS pre-mix), hydraulic fluids for steering and trim, etc.
- Replaced primary cabin air conditioner with Cruisair 16k BTU in May of 2024
- Upgraded Phasor K3 8.0Kw generator with Kubota D1105-E4BG (68.5 cubic inch) diesel engine capable of running all three air conditioners, charging all 9 batteries, and making water all at the same time.
- Upgraded and oversized fuel filtration system (essential in the Bahamas!) to a Racor 900 for each of the main engines and a Racor 500 for generator.
- Installation of a Hull Shield ultrasonic anti-fouling system for all metal parts that are under water – this includes four transducers; one for each of the engines/drives and one for each side of the lifting platform mechanism – without this system, it can be difficult to keep these parts clean in warmer water.
Safety equipment for offshore passage making, including:
- Revere Offshore Commander 2.0 6-person life raft (full inspection & service performed June 2024 - next service due June 2027)
- Automatically deploying Ocean Signal EPIRB (Battery expires July 2028 and HRU expires March 2025)

- Added full-sized stern anchor (Fortress FX-11), custom teak mounting system and anchor-caddie deploy system with 15 D of 3/8” chain and 150 D of 5/8” rode
- Added Raw water washdown on the transom and in the forward anchor locker – a must for getting sand and muck off of the anchors.
- Blacked-out skylights – I’m sure in the Mediterranean, it’s nice to have a lot of light coming from above, but here in the tropics we want the cabin nice and cool!
- Integration of a Yeti “Haul” cooler into the cockpit bar cabinet – the weak refrigerator and ice maker originally installed on these boats cannot cope with the tropical heat. The Yeti Haul has wheels and fits perfectly along the pathway to the aft platform for easy loading.
- Added rod holders and a 30-amp 12-volt DC power outlet for your deep-drop electric fishing reel
- Upgraded depth finder transducer from original in-hull to Simrad B150 through-hull
- Upgraded original BBQ to Magma Stainless Steel propane grill (to replace the original electric grill)
- Installed 8 Seablaze Quattro dual-color underwater lights
- Replaced teak decking on the aft deck and steps
- Replaced freshwater pump and pressure system
- Replaced all bilge, grey water, and macerator pumps and float switches
- Onboard stock of spare bilge, grey water, macerator, and air conditioning pumps
- Replaced 100% of the sanitation plumbing – most boats need this done after about 7 or 8 years of use to avoid unpleasant odors - this boat smells new
- Rebuilt both toilets and fresh water flush systems
- Replaced all interior cushion and mattress foam
- Replaced all interior carpeting
- Custom terry cloth covers for all exterior cushions and sunbeds
- Covers for all exterior cushions
- Black Sunbrella and Isinglass enclosure for cockpit

It is not often that a Broker gets to list a vessel that is not only beautiful, functional and high performance, but is consummately ready for a Surveyor’s inspection. AMOR FATI is one such yacht.
The Owners diligent attention to detail is very impressive. This vessel is truly ready to cruise to the Bahamas on short notice.
The exclusions list entails items that the Owner would like to carry on to his next vessel.
Having said that, everything is, as usual, up for negotiation.
If you want to be cruising in the very near future, this is the yacht for you!
Numerous accessories not mentioned in the listing will be excluded. A full list will be provided upon request or before a survey.
